→ Designated Customer Manager: Each client will have its own designated Customer Manager who will be available to respond to the company’s requests at any time.
→ Quality guarantee of teachers: Clients can select teachers by reference to CVs, interviews and trial lessons; when the courses starts, if the client considers that the students’ requirements have not been met, we will replace the teacher unconditionally.
→ Smooth communication channel: We have a hot line and online service to provide support for course consultation to clients and students.
→ Clear billing procedure: Each lesson will be confirmed by the trainee’s signature on a training record form, and the cost will charged based on these records.
→ Timely review of trainee’s study: We'll review trainee’s progress through phone calls and E-mails regularly, and respond quickly to trainee’s feedback collected through the training record form monthly.
→ Regular report of training progress: We'll send a monthly report of training progress to the company.
→ Range of additional services: The additional services provided to a student in a group class or who is taking private courses are also offered to corporate trainees.
