Chinese Cooking
The prize for “The Most” in world cooking must go to Chinese cookery in aspects such as: use of the most kinds of raw materials; use of the most styles of cooking; the longest recorded history of a national cuisine; fostering the most schools and having the largest number of eaters. Chinese people attach great importance to what they eat and thus they are usually willing to spend a great amount of time in studying cooking. In the course of its long history, China has formed its versatile splendid cuisine culture. Our Chinese cooking course will take you to the kitchens of Chinese restaurants so that you can experience the complete process from selection and preparation of the raw material to cooking on your own. We believe that you will enjoy these original and impressive visits and will gradually get to understand where the fascination of Chinese cooking lies.

Course: one lesson every two weeks, 1.5 hours per lesson
Under the guidance of the chefs in each lesson, you can observe and try
for yourself the preparation of 2 to 3 Chinese dishes. In addition, you will
learn how to prepare and make dim-sum and dish decorations.
