In the course of its long history, China has formed its versatile splendid cuisine culture. Our Chinese cooking course will take you to the kitchens of Chinese restaurants so that you can experience the complete process from selection and preparation of the raw material to cooking on your own. We believe that you will enjoy these original and impressive visits and will gradually get to understand where the fascination of Chinese cooking lies.
Course: one lesson every two weeks, 1.5 hours per lesson
Under the guidance of the chefs in each lesson, you can observe and try
for yourself the preparation of 2 to 3 Chinese dishes. In addition, you will
learn how to prepare and make dim-sum and dish decorations.
