Small Class Size
The maximum number of students for all group class courses is six. The small class size enables all students to have sufficient opportunities to do exercises and to raise questions in class, and ensures that the teachers take notice of the learning conditions of every student and maintain a good learning environment in class.
Flexible Class Schedule Adjusted According to Students’ Needs
The class time and the date of the beginning and end of a term may be changed to meet the specific needs of the students in the class. As for the relatively long spring term, the students in the class can decide through consultation on the time for the 1-2-week mid-term break according to their own conditions. All this can ensure that their study doesn’t conflict with the students’ personal arrangements.
Considerate and Well-developed Teaching Plan
At the beginning of a term, the teachers draw up the teaching plan that best suits all the students in the class, which is open to timely changes afterwards according to the learning conditions of the students. Before a class, the teachers write an outline that includes a review of what has been learned in the previous lesson, the new lesson and exercises. The outline is handed out to the students before class so that they can effectively preview the new lesson, make full use of the class time and accurately take notes in class. The outline can also help students conduct a timely review after class of what they have learned. At the end of a term, the teachers give each student a proficiency test and an assessment of their learning.

When you inquire of us about the courses, we can set a time for your proficiency test right away after learning about your learning intentions and requirements. Based on the test result, we will recommend to you the group class course currently available at the school that best suits you. You can attend two trial classes. After full consideration and comparison, you can see whether the teachers’ teaching style is acceptable to you and whether the level of difficulty of the course is suitable for you, and finally decide whether you want to enroll in the class. You may also give your comments about the trial classes to our course consultants, who will help you make the best plan for your Mandarin learning.
