The procedure for establishing private courses which we offer can guarantee to find a qualified tutor meeting the requirements both of corporate clients and individual clients:
→ We listen to and understand your requirements for private courses in detail;
→ We select from the over one hundred Chinese teachers of East Mandarin on your request and provide you with one or two candidates’ CVs for your reference;
→ Once you are happy with our selection, an interview or a free one hour triallesson can be arranged at your request;
→ The private course will only start when you are 100% satisfied with the teacher;
→ During the private course, you will have a clear communication channel with theCustomer Service Department of East Mandarin and we can make adjustments to your course upon your request at any time.
We lay one hundred percent emphasis on every single private course of our clients. Students attending private courses enjoy exactly the same services of our Center as we provide for group class course students:

→ You can take part in the cultural courses at our Center for FREE every term;
→ You can enjoy our FREE delivery service when buying textbooks and learning materials, such as CDs, CD-ROMs. Also, you can borrow guidance materials from our Center.
→ You can enjoy our course reminder service if you are leading a hectic career life;
→ You might run into the situation in which you haven’t finished your pre-paid course and cannot continue to take the rest of the lessons because of some emergency. You are welcome to make them up at any time or you can elect someone else to attend the lessons until the pre-paid tuition is exhausted.
→ You can get connected with the online classroom of our Center through the Internet if you are on a business trip yet want to continue studying Chinese. Your teacher will give you audio-visual instruction. Our Center will provide those students who want to take this kind of course with free headset and PC camera needed for the instruction.
